The and the worst phone company ever. No customer care at all, finally change to other phone.

Quality is average but customer service poor. I disconnected service in June 2020, and they took money from July 2020 as well.

They auto-renewed my account with increased amount. I never subscribed for auto-renewal.
They grabbed the card number and auto-renewed. When I tried to reach them they are not responding. All their phone lines are fake.
No phone reaches a person. It goes to voice mail and voice mail is full.
Need to report them to Business malpractices in the USA.
The worst service ever
Devise out of order for months, didnt replace or not giving any proper answer for questions. No responsible staff in customer care.
Static phone - Do NOT prepay for their services!!!
I prepaid almost USD 200 for their phone services; however, following a complaint about their service, they took all the money from the prepaid amount. They blocked my calls to their customer service centre and did not respond to my emails.
They do not have any physical address anywhere in the world and cannot be approached in any way! So if you are using their service never prepay more than the minimum amount. When marketing their services their provide plenty of incentives and call you regularly with offers and promotions that entice you to pay more. The customer service reps are trained to ensure to continue to prepay for their services by at least minimum amounts.
Hence, I ended up paying almost USD 200; and I had used about USD 10 worth of services and they took away the balance within a duration of 7 to 10 days and now my balance is 39 cents! So beware if you prepay more than the minimum
